Rapson memorial on April 21; Fisher lecture on April 15
The Star Tribune reports that a memorial service for architect Ralph Rapson is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, April 21 at the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis. After the service, there will be a reception at the University of Minnesota School of Architecture. The university has arranged for bus service between the two venues.

Thomas Fisher, dean of the UM College of Design, will deliver a lecture on the architect who died one week ago today. Called Ralph Rapson: Playful Modernist, that talk is slated for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15 at the Minneapolis Central Library.
